Yes. All paintings are 100% handmade by our artists. There is no printing involved in the process. Our artists only use highest-grade oil and acrylic paints.

What are your paintings made of?

All our paintings are made of oil and acrylic paint.

We use non-toxic oil and acrylic paint and highest grade cotton canvas. 

The end result are paintings that tolerate increased humidity, are free from odor and do NOT fade over time.

Can I get a custom painting size?

Can your paintings be stretched and framed? How?

Yes. Since all paintings are shipped as rolled canvas, you can take your painting to a local framer and he can stretch and frame it for you.

What if I am unsatisfied with my purchase?

If you are in any way unsatisfied with your painting, contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will offer you a full refund. Otherwise, you can request a redo completely free of charge.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Your order will take 7-8 business days to process and fulfill. Once it leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with tracking after the order is shipped. Note: there may be some delays in peak sales periods.

Will my painting be signed by the artist?

Yes, all of our paintings are signed by the artist.

Do you offer refunds, returns, and replacements?

If you are not totally satisfied with your painting within 30 days of delivery, please return the artwork to us for a full refund or replacement. Please email niazarts.shop@gmail.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name, and the reason for the return. 

Customzie paintings will not be refund.
